It's been awhile....

It has been so long since I've posted!! I had a rough pregnancy (sick through most of it and got the swine flu) Quick run down of what has happened since my last post (and a little before): Found out our good friends Kristy and Richard were pregnant (December), found out her twin Stacey and her husband Joe were pregnant(January), got ready for our Cancun vacation, found out WE were pregnant(February), went to Cancun, morning sickness started, found out our other friends Heidi and Gordon were pregnant(February), my niece Addison was born, had swine flu over Easter, went to San Jose for Kristy and Stacey's baby shower/birthday, went to the beach for 4th of July with our friends and pregnant bellies, celebrated Dave's 28th birthday, Sweet Princess Aubrey was born to Kristy and Richard, shared a birthday with Stacey and Joe's little guy Gavin, had my baby shower, went to Heidi's baby shower, FINALLY had sweet baby Cash Browning Phend 10/16/10 at 8:38am (after 22 hours in labor) Heidi and Gordon had their chunky monkey, Ryder, 3 days later, and enjoyed celebrating the holidays with our new little guy :)

Baby and Vacation!!

Yes, it's true..... I'm pregnant :) My due date is October 13 :) All day sickness is not so much fun, but I know it will be worth it :)
We went on vacation to Cancun, Mexico for 9 glorious days which gave us both a nice break and time to celebrate our news :) I did however have my first pregnant woman emotional break down....It all started with me being hungry..
Befor my sickness kicked in, I was STARVING!! I mean STARVING!!! In 4 hours I ate chicken tetrazzini, 9" sub (I finished the last 3" of Dave's sub), chips, a soda, a veggie tray from Starbucks, and a smoothie. And I was still hungry. So we get on the plane and they announce that they will be bringing out the beverage cart. Since they charge for snacks now, i figured that I would order a V8 and that would hold me over. As I sit at the back of the plane watching anxiously for the cart to make its way to me (glaring at anyone who was taking too long or blocking the carts path) I'm going through the exchange in my head

"Would you like something to drink?"
"V8 please"
"Here you go. Oh are you pregnant? You don't look bloated at all!"
So they finally get to me. I look at her with my sweetest voice i ask for a V8..... They don't have V8.... What do you mean you don't have V8?!? I am pregnant and hungry!! How do you not have that?!? My eyes well up with tears as I quietly say "I'll just take an orange juice." Dave, however, is completely oblivious to what has just happened, so I made my sniffling louder :) He looks and me and asked what was wrong.... and it was all down hill from there...
"I just wanted a V8 and they don't have any and I'm hungry and I'm tired of flying and I have bad gas and I'm tired and I have to pee all the time!!" After about 10 minutes Dave calmed me down and we enjoyed the remainder of our flight :) We so exciting to be adding to our family and will keep you all updated :)

As you know, Dave and I got back Tuesday from a GLORIOUS 9 day vacation on the north shore of Oahu!! We haven't had a vacation since our Honeymoon so this was much overdue :) This was Dave's first trip to Hawaii and he thouroughly enjoyed it :) We stayed in the beach villas at Turtle Bay with 2 other couples and we had a blast!! For those of you who care, The Hills was filming at Turtle Bay and the girls were staying in the villa across from us! :) Within 10 minutes of arriving at our villa, Dave was in the water playing like a little boy. At one point, I FINALLY got him out of the water to ask him what he wanted to do for dinner. I gave him his options and he looked at me and says, "I don't care. I'M JUST HAVING A BLAST!" and runs back into the water :) It was so fun watching him! In a nut shell we went to the Dole Plantation, went to the PCC, hiked up to a waterfall, snorkled at Hanauma Bay, ate Shave Ice with ice cream at Matsumoto's pretty much everyday, laid on the beach, and got a massage and Tiffany's for Valentine's Day. Some years are harder than others around Valentine's Day and unfortunately this was a hard year. Dave was so kind and supportive and comforted me when a needed it. I love him so much :) We had such a wonderful trip and we can't wait to go again next year!! :)

Just so you know....

I LEAVE SUNDAY TO GO TO HAWAII AND WILL BE THERE FOR 9 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

The Favorite Aunt and Uncle

It's a tough job being the favorite Aunt and Uncle, but someone has got to do it! :) My sister Jessica came down to visit with her family for Thanksgiving! It was so fun seeing her and her precious boys!
We invited Kurtis to spend the night at our house and he decided to invite his cousin Frank to spend the night as well. So we happily had two little boys at our house! After Thanksgiving Dinner we took the boys to go see Madagascar 2 and Rachel and Ollie were able to join us :) After the movie, Fankie said good bye to Rachel and Ollie and we were on our way! Dave taught them to say "GUN IT AND RUN IT!!!" EVERYTIME the light turned green..... So needless to say that was being screamed in the car the whole way home!
We got home and they made themselves right at home :) Dave took out a box of his old hot wheels for them to play with while they watched "Wall-e" (All they wanted to do was watch movies!) About half way through the movie, Dave got up and walked into the kitchen. Kurtis asked what he was doing and he said "I'm going into the kitchen to poop.." I rolled my eyes and tried to reassure Kurtis that he was lying. Then we heard fart noises coming from the kitchen..... While make these noises, Dave slapped chocolate pudding on a plate and brought into the living room. He showed the boys and then tasted it! Kurtis look horrified and Frank was laughing! He finally told them the truth and then we all ate "Poopie Pudding"!
I love my nephews SOOO much! I'm glad I got to see Kurtis and Sean! I miss them so much! i hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Our Anniversary

I can't believe we've been married for 2 YEARS!! We went to Disneyland for our anniversary and had a blast!! We ate dinner at the Blue Bayou (That's the restraunt inside Pirates of the Carribean) FINALLY!! I've always wanted to eat there, but they are always booked. We called a couple days before to make our reservations. The food was amazing and for dinner we have a Pazookie type thing shaped like a Pirate ship :)

I LOVE Disneyland!! Dave took a day off of work (VERY rare) and took me to Disneyland :) I'm determined to make him a Disneyland Lover :)
